Drogheda United will meet UEFA Champions League regulars Dynamo Kiev in the second qualifying round after a 3-1 aggregate win over Levadia Tallinn, but Linfield are out after losing to Dinamo Zagreb.
Irish side Drogheda took a 2-1 lead to Estonia for the second leg and produced a spirited display to progress to the next stage.
Following a scoreless first half, Drogheda claimed the game's only goal two minutes after the restart through Graham Gartland.
Levadia's hopes of getting back into the contest were snuffed out when they had Vadim Petrenko sent off 25 minutes from time.
Linfield were unable to overturn a 2-0 first-leg deficit, but the Northern Irish side performed creditably in drawing 1-1 with Dinamo in Croatia.
Mario Mandzukic put Dinamo into a third-minute lead, but Michael Gault earned Linfield a draw with a 54th minute effort.
Dinamo now face Domzale in the next round after the Slovenian outfit won 2-0 at home against Dudelange to secure a 3-0 aggregate success.
Anorthosis Famagusta will play Rapid Vienna in the next round after a 2-0 win over Pyunik in Armenia clinched a 3-0 aggregate triumph.
Artmedia Petrzalka's 3-0 aggregate win over Valletta has booked a second qualifying round encounter with Tampere United, who came through 3-2 on aggregate against Buducnost Podgorica after a 1-1 draw in the second leg.
IFK Gothenburg picked up where they left off from the first leg with a 4-0 thrashing of Murata to post a 9-0 aggregate win. The Swedes will now come up against Basel.
Modrica are through to a tie against Aalborg after a 2-1 home win over Dinamo Tirana clinched a 4-1 success on aggregate.
BATE Borisov won 1-0 at Valur Reykjavik to claim a 3-0 aggregate win and set up a meeting with Anderlecht.
