Jol: New Hamburg boss
Former Tottenham manager Martin Jol has been confirmed as Hamburg's new manager.
Dutch tactician Jol has replaced Huub Stevens at the Bundesliga outfit after signing a two-year contract.
Jol was sacked by Spurs in October last year following a disappointing start to the Premier League campaign.
The 52-year-old will be assisted by Zeljko Petrovic, the former coach of RKC Waalwijk, at the HSH Nordbank Arena.
Hamburg chairman Bernd Hoffmann was pleased to secure Jol, telling the club's official website: "We are certain that in Martin Jol we have appointed the right coach."
